Edision Language Academy will visit the Casa Hogar Maria Imaculada Orphanage in Tijuana Mexico on Saturday, February 28, 2015 . Pickup location is Mount Olive Church Parking Lot, Ocean Park & 14th, Santa Monica at 6:30 AM, return approximately 7:00 PM. Lunch and craft activity to share with the kids will be provided.

Our host for the trip will be the Corazon de Vida Foundation, the premier USA non profit that has provides life sustaining support for Baja orphanages since 1994.

Lorenzo Medical School Fundraiser: The goal of this trip is to raise $15,000 to cover medical school expenses for orphanage resident Lorenzo Catalan. He is in his second year of medical school and we need to raise funds for him to complete his studies. ID Requirements: USA citizens MUST have a valid passport. Non USA citizens must have a passport, visa and proper forms for re-entry. Each volunteer is responsible for providing the proper ID to USA customs agent for USA return. For more information:

Trip Cost: $50.00 per person - includes transportation, lunch, craft project to share with the kids, and registration fees.

Children under 18 years old and not travelling with a parent or guardian, must register using this online form AND complete a PARENT CONSENT FORM. Fax completed form to 949-296-0449.

Trip Fee is NON REFUNDABLE. If you need to cancel, CDV will use the fee as a donation to help us continue to feed and support the children.

You are welcomed to bring supplies to the orphanage: Toilet Paper, Detergent, Bleach, Dish Soap, Mops, Brooms, Large Trash Bags, Diapers (Size 4,5,6 only), Feminine Products, Baby Wipes, Pine Sol Type Cleaners, Lunch Juice Boxes, Breakfast Nutrician Bars - Anything you buy at the store, multiply by 10 for an orphanage need. PLEASE, NO CANDY, USED CLOTHES OR USED SHOES.

SANTA MONICA: Meet at 6:30 AM - Mount Olive Church Parking Lot, 1438 Ocean Park Blvd, Santa Monica 90405.

There will be a break stop in San Juan Capistrano about 1.5 hours after Santa Monica departure.
